Overground Healing Theatre Playground is a branching of the Overground Arts Alliance that aims at creating theatre related sessions and experimental improvisational classes in an attempt to explore ways of authentic expression. The Om Theatre Lab is a healing sanctuary offering every individual the rare opportunity to co-author a unique piece of art and participate in a ritual of mutual co-creation. The exercises based on a variety of methods from para-theatre, creative movement, dance and vibrational therapy unleash creativity, foster spontaneity and awaken subtle awareness, balance and inner peace. This program is tailored both for actors and individuals who are interested in engaging into the magic of theatre.
